Sana Pilates was born from a simple mission: to raise the standard of Pilates education in the UK.
Originally created by The Fitness Group as a dedicated education centre for our Mat and Reformer qualifications, the space quickly evolved into something much bigger. As we trained more and more talented students, it became clear they needed a professional environment to continue practising, refining their skills, and stepping confidently into teaching roles.
So Sana grew into a fully operational Pilates studio, one that blends high-quality contemporary Pilates, expert instruction, and a warm community feel. We now offer both mat and reformer classes, with education running alongside daily sessions.
Whether you’re here to move your body or relax your mind, we can’t wait to welcome you into the studio.
